I can say Cathren was one of the best customer service representative.in such a short time she was able to find us a room the was suitable and very clean
The lady Catherine was so nice and understanding for what I was looking for she had a great attitude and explain everything to me well and the service was so genuine and good,also she explain to me where the good food places,shopping centers and all here close to this location! I would recommend her to everyone she make sure you have a clean room and nice stay thanks again
Says it's only a 2 star hotel but if give it more. It's not luxurious or anything but I do feel like it's just my own little apartment with the little sitting area with the futon and dresser. Little closet with shelves. Full refrigerator, microwave, stove top next to the sink. And of course a bathroom stocked with everything. I don't have a complaint...

I had originally made a reservation, or so I thought. Got to the property and the agent I had spoken with on the phone never completed the reservation so therefore it couldn't be found. Not a problem at all, the manager at check in was able to get my family into a room within 10 minutes max. It was also cheaper then the agent quoted me on the phone! Get into the room and it's double the size of all the other extended stays we've been in.. we have Been here a little over a month now and have no complaints. Awesome staff, being able to pay online is a huge plus.
Catherine is Great! Very helpful attentive. Sweet. Maintenance and everyone that works here are very nice and helpful. Overall great environment.
I've been here for a few weeks now and absolutely love it. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Great location, great food and tons of shopping. The general manager Catherine was kind and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
